    i havent tried xls before. i cant really give a tip for losing weight because i am rubbish at it! i need to lose about 2.5 stones but it isnt happening

    I have tried the normal strength one and found it fairly helpful. My tip is to use something like My Fitness Pal to keep track of what you eat, it helps you realise just how much you're really eating and how healthy you are being.

    No, I haven't. My top tip for losing weight is track your calories and plan your meals in advance to avoid getting too hungry and snacking on anything and everything.

    Not tried, but a balnced diet with smaller portions is best. Ironically I am trying to regain weight after pneumonia, but my friend is trying to lose weight!!!

    I find that I can lose some weight fairly easily with exercise. I don't change what I eat but 5 times a week I will spend at least 60 minutes swimming, cycling or on the cross trainer. I find it best to keep my heart rate at a fat burning level (for me this is about 130bpm) for at least an hour. I must admit, it is a bit boring, but it works.

    Walk as much as you can and always take the stairs in stead of the escalator or lift. I have not tried XLS Medical yet but think it would help me to get rid of the last stone I need to loose in order to reach my target weight.

    Calories in vs Calories out – count them on myfitnesspal. Simple as that. Do that and you WILL lose weight!

    I haven't tried it, but really need something like this after piling on just over a stone over the last year πŸ™ My top tips for weight loss are drinking lots of water and also gradually reducing your portion sizes (which shrinks your tummy and means you no longer want to gorge on large portions). Also eat foods high in fibre and protein to keep you fuller for longer.
