Win Nelson’s Arnicare Bath & Massage Balm

Nothing is more relaxing than a soothing massage and this bath and massage balm from Nelson’s is a great start to unwind with either a soak in the bath or to get your loved one to give you a lovely massage to de-stress you. Nelson’s have put together a great giveaway for six of my readers to win a bottle of their bath and massage balm to treat themselves or someone else.

Having a massage has so many therapeutic benefits and as a massage therapist myself, there is nothing better than seeing a client leave my treatment room feeling relaxed and refreshed after a massage treatment. Not only can you relax, reduce stress, improve your skin tone, reduce muscle tension, improve quality of sleep, but after a massage can also help to decrease blood pressure and even help with chronic muscle pain. Everyone has a different reason for booking a massage and the benefits are often surprising, as blood flow and lymph circulation are increased in the body and regular massages can strengthen the immune system greatly. This bath and massage balm from Nelson’s Arnicare will be the perfect medium to get your nearest and dearest to give you a therapeutic relaxing massage – just enter at the end of this post.
