    I'm just using a pregnancy multivitamin at the moment, by I'm really tired and lethargic, I felt like this during my last pregnancy and was prescribed iron and felt much better, so I'm sure I'll be told that at my next appointment.

    I take multivitamins daily because I really do find them beneficial. However, water is the best natural remedy, in my eyes! 🙂

    Lots of water, a smoothie which has banana, Apple, berries, spinach and sesame seeds every morning, sometimes kiwi fruit and just try to cram my diet full of fruit and veg.

    I always buy vitamin tablets then forget to take them. I am lacking in essential vitamins in my diet so need to take them in tablet form. I do drink lots of water but very rarely have even 2 a day let alone 5!

    Drink lots of water, and get a goods night sleep. Make sure you make you plate of food a selection of colour as it will encourage the kids to eat too

    Oh my goodness!! Thank you!! I have just found the product I have been searching for – thank you!!! My teenager is vegetarian and I've been worrying about iron levels, etc Pill type supplements are a no-no, so this is PERFECT!

    My natural tip is to drink plenty of water – you will be surprised how much healthier you feel when you are well hydrated! Oh, and plenty of dark green veggies! 😉

    I do take quite a few as I tend to get quite anaemic, and it really stops you from functioning. I take a multivitamin (has to have vit D as I'm also deficient in that), and I also take iodide because lacking thyroid function can also make you very tired. My top tip is go to the docs if you're tired! There's no point suffering in silence, and a blood test and a course of strong iron later, I can function again!

    I take a course of multivitamins every few months to top up (the doc said it's better to do that than to take them constantly). I used to take cod liver capsules too, but am struggling to swallow capsules, so I stick to chewable multivits.

    I have adrenal fatigue and an underactive thyroid so I use supplements to support my health, Vit B12, B6, D3 and C, magnesium, and I was taking prescribed iron tablets but they made me feel ill and I stopped. I would like to try Spatone because I've heard it's gentle.

    At the moment I'm on Vitapil and after weeks I can see new baby hair, so very happy 🙂 I take vit C and magnesium. I eat lots of fruits, especially bananas and oranges.

    Iron supplement is interesting – it would need to be easily absorbed.
