    Ohhh, the sarcastic part of me wants to say die young so you never get wrinkles! Naughty, I know. 😉

    But seriously, drinking lots of water, and staying away from nasties like smoking, or too much alcohol, really helps. I also believe that your mindset helps (a bad mindset means more stress, which means more cortisol/etc, which will age you) – I think there's a really reason why, when you look at people like the Dalai Lama they have a really fresh and youthful appearance given their age. Like, you know they're old, but there's still something unquantifiably young about them. And that effect can't come from any surgery or treatment, really.

    Getting your five a day also helps.

    Failing that, keep a list of all the people who have caused you stress or misery, and when the wrinkles get too bad, send them all an invoice to pay for your Botox or facelift, on the basis that they've caused that treatment to be necessary! 😉

    I always keep myself hydrated and daily face creams. My hubby has used Vaseline on his face for the past 10 years and it has working a treat, that's why the boxers all look so young.
