I was so thrilled to get my hands on the latest beauty box from Cohorted it’s fast becoming my favourite monthly treat and is up there with the best for value and quality in the vast array of beauty boxes on the market. Worth a staggering £71.95 full of a selection of beauty products and available for £19.99 making this beauty box ideal if you like to stay on trend with the latest in hair, body and beauty products.
If you have been wondering what all the fuss is about regarding beauty boxes this is the perfect box to begin with for outstanding value and exceptional quality products, the Nars Lip Pencil alone is worth the cost of the box. Granted it’s always a surprise every month what you get, but I think that is half the appeal as you already know you will get a box with top quality products in but from past experience all the boxes I have bought have had very useable products. It keeps me coming back for more and the only glitch Cohorted have experienced is the availability of the boxes, as each month roughly at about 15-16th you can go to the Cohorted website and pre-order the next months box, the downside is the boxes are limited so it’s worth noting down the date to make sure you secure yours.
If you have been trying to get a Cohorted beauty box but have not been successful I would suggest you follow on Facebook and Twitter that way you will get any notifications when the beauty box becomes available to buy.
What’s In The September Cohorted Beauty Box?
I was delighted to see an eyeshadow palette in the box and the ‘Nude Tube’ Eyeshadow Palette from theBalm retails at £35.00 and has 12 gorgeous shades to choose from in nude tones as well as some sparkle too. I have had a good test of these and they do glide on very smoothly and the colours stay true once applied, this is a great selection of day to night wear as you can get a lovely smokey look with these neutral tones. I love the vintage illustrations over the packaging and I have already had a good look on their website and seen the other fabulous eyeshadow palette ‘The Dude” which is on my must buy list!
From Nars the Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in ‘Walkyrie’ £19.00 the perfect shade for Autumn a velvety pencil which is so easy to apply and gives a really smooth matte finish. A new favourite of mine and the colour is very flattering to most skin tones. The shade is a brown almost purple colour and if you are seeking out an on trend lip pencil this Autumn this is such a great product as for me I like to have a lippy that will stay on without having to re-apply a lot throughout the day, this is the one as it has great longevity and the colour is gorgeous.
The Gucci Premier Shower Gel 50ml £7.50 is another nourishing treat for the shower with the light floral fragrance of orange blossom very different to the July Gucci offering but equally as decadent. This gives a very gentle but thorough cleanse and leaves behind a subtle floral scent that lasts, perfect to layer up with the Gucci Premier EDT.
