One month to go until we really start feeling festive and once I opened the November Libbie Club Beauty Box I had that Christmassy feeling early as the scent of the English Soap Company candle is a beautiful scent of cinnamon and mulled wine. If you are starting to think about buying Christmas gifts this would be a lovely treat for someone special with four products to pamper and at £35.00 it’s great value considering the four products are worth £46.00 in total.  Fancy a free box instead of paying the £35.00 every month? That’s the beauty of The Libbie Box it’s designed in a way that you can have their beauty box free, every month by completing a set of review tasks and sharing with the Libbie community. Easy right? Well worth looking at if you are a beauty fan and want to be part of a community of like minded people.

Did you know that last Christmas 160,000 of us Brit’s received L’Occitane gift sets on the big day?! It comes as no surprise to me as I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and it’s my go-to brand to shop at to by that special gift for someone I love. Every time I try one of the fragrance families from L’Occitane I find a new favourite I think this is mainly due to the fact they smell so pure and true to their fragrance notes, rather than some that can smell a little synthetic. The Arlésienne Collection is available from November and I can see it becoming a favourite as the floral but feminine blends are so beautiful and last so well. Last week I wrote about another new collection this time for men, L’Homme Cedrat and each new collection have lovely gift ideas for Christmas. They also have Christmas Bauble gift ideas, one I shared yesterday which are just ideal teacher/work gifts as they are only £10 each.

When it comes to Christmas baubles this could be a beauty lovers perfect Christmas treat! How lovely to gift one (or three!) to a L’Occitane lover this year, it’s a festive treat and a bit of fun with the mini samples inside the bauble and although mini in size they are the ideal size for popping into an overnight bag over the festive season. It’s no secret in my family that I am a huge fan of L’Occitane and I have been sharing some of my new favourites for men and women this week, the L’Homme Cedrat Collection for men and the Arlésienne Collection are two gorgeous newest editions to the L’Occitane family.

With so many gift ideas already hitting the shops it’s prompted me to get organised and start thinking about Christmas shopping. For me the hardest person to buy for in our house is always the OH, having said that every year I always spoil him with some male beauty treats from L’Occitane as the quality is exceptional and their fragrances both for men and women are so fresh and beautiful. Buying skincare and fragrance for a man’s man who likes to keep it to a fuss free minimum is sometimes quite difficult but I love this L’Homme Cedrat duo from L’Occitane and I’m sure he will too. I have a feeling that I am not alone in treating my man to some L’Occitane goodies as last year 160,000 UK gift givers gave gift sets from the beautiful French company and my bet is that a good proportion of them were for men!

With Autumn firmly here it’s safe to say I am upping my my skin protection in a bid to keep the dry skin at bay. I notice a change in my skin as soon as it’s time to turn the heating back on as it feels so different, dry and so much less hydrated and I tend to use hydrating masks much more over this season. After trying out Sesderma C-Vit Eye Contour Patches in combination with my favourite mask I have to say my skin is feeling better already, this treatment claims to not only hydrate but lessen the look of crows-feet too – once I read this I was keen to try them right away!
