What I Thought Of The Oz Naturals Super Youth Moisturiser
The 118ml tube has a handy flip-top lid for simple dispensing, and the cream itself is thick very moisturising and from it’s first use I really liked the nourishment it gave to my dry skin. When you first use this moisturiser it feels as if it will take a lot massaging in to encourage the cream to sink in, but it only takes a few minutes to disappear with no sticky residue at all, in fact all that’s left is smooth soft skin.
Oz Naturals Super Youth 2.5% Retinol Moisturiser Review

Applying make-up after using Super Youth from Oz Naturals was a revelation as quite frequently I find that moisturisers can leave an oily film that can make cosmetic application tricky and leave the face feeling tacky. My skin was so well prepared by this moisturiser that I didn’t use my usual primer before my foundation and powder and it helped give the matte base that I like to have.

It’s recommended that if your skin is very sensitive you should alternate days of use to begin with in-case the cream should cause dryness due to the use of retinol. Also that you should be very careful to apply sunscreen as the skin will be more susceptible to the harmful effects of the sun after use. You may find that you have dry patches using this cream but this is due to the fact it contains retinol which increases cell turnover and exfoliation. If you are a little hesitant about using this cream, I would suggest you do a patch test and monitor the results before using all over the face and neck it will give you the opportunity to see if your skin will react adversely to the retinol, just leave 24 hours to see if you have any reaction.

Oz Naturals Super Youth 2.5% Retinol Moisturiser Review

I wouldn’t usually use such a thick, rich cream during the day as It would quite often feel too tacky, but the matte formulation of this cream coupled with it’s deep moisturising properties has made me re-think my daily routine. This anti-oxidant rich, smoothing and hydrating cream is deeply nourishing and has given great results in the 7 days I have been using it even on my sensitive skin.

The hydrating effect alone has improved the condition of my fine lines and my skin feels a lot smoother even from only using for a week, I will certainly keep using the cream to see continued positive results.
