Christmas Gift Ideas For The Home

It’s nearly that time of year again and with only a month to go I have put together some gift ideas for the home, thoughtful gifts that would be the perfect gift for someone special this Christmas. I think gifts for the home are so thoughtful as you can match the gifts to the recipient making them so personal, this year I am making hampers of gifts for my family and I think these gift ideas for the home all wrapped up would be a lovely surprise for someone on Christmas morning.
Christmas Gift guide 2105

1. Westco Breadboy Breadbin Blue Suntree £51.00

A gorgeous addition to the kitchen from the German brand Westco the Breadboy Breadbin will add a little retro style to any kitchen and comes in a black or white. The unique retro style of the breadbin really stands out from the rest and aside from it’s ultimate style, it’s so functional and practical to keep the kitchen counters looking tidy and the additional storage in any kitchen is a real advantage.

2. Heart & Home Candles from £12.99

There is something magical at Christmas time about the festive glow of candles and the candles from Heart and Home are that bit more special as they all smell amazing with scents such as Caramel Cupcake and Eastern Promise. There are also plenty of ideas for festive votives to adorn around the home with traditional Christmas colours.

3. Sass & Belle Coaster Set £13.00

I love a practical gift and this set of wooden coasters from Sass & Belle has the vintage charm that I love, this would be a lovely idea to include in a hamper full of goodies for the home for someone special, with plenty of ideas for additional gifts on the Sass & Belle website.

4. IWOOT (I Want One Of Those) Kitchen Gadgets from £8.99

There are so many unique ideas on the IWOOT website that you will be spoiled for choice when choosing gifts. I love a kitchen gadget to make cooking a little easier (and more fun!) and the Nessie Ladle (£9.99) is not only practical but very endearing too. You would be forgiven for thinking the Koroto Peeler £8.99 was a huge pencil sharpener! But it is actually a nifty carrot peeler and shaper to make your dishes look fun and elegant. The Cucumbo Spiral Slicer (£8.99) is similar and makes light work of preparing salads and garnishes for a professional finish.

5. LED Hut Real Wax Candle Set With Remote Control £11.99

A lovely gift idea for Christmas without the worry of any real flames to cause any potential damage. The LED candle set from LED Hut come with a handy remote control and three candles with authentic looking melted edges, they come with a 4-8 hour auto switch off function and also a very pretty flicker option as well.

6. Brabantia Home-Ware from £2.50

The colourful collection from Brabantia is very well priced for gifting this Christmas starting at £2.50 a perfect way to brighten up any kitchen and for baking enthusiasts like me this would be the ideal collection of gifts this Christmas!

7. Sass & Belle Cushion £ 15.00

Nothing says it better than spelling it out with a cushion! The collection of retro styled cushions from Sass & Belle are just lovely and the “Do all things with love” is one of my favourites, a stylish way to brighten up any sofa or bedroom.
