Christmas Gift Guide For Teens

Every year I find new and interesting gifts to buy for my own daughter who is a teenager now and every year I am constantly surprised by the wealth of ideas out there that make perfect Christmas gifts to pop under the tree. My teen is a book worm but also loves to have plenty of technology around and it’s always lovely to find some perfect pieces I know will suit her this Christmas. Take a look below for my inspiration for gift ideas for teens and although I did include the Scholl pedicure set the rest of the gift ideas are unisex and not just for girls.
Christmas Gift guide For Teens 2015

Such a cool addition to any teenage room and the fact my teenage daughter thinks Tetris is ‘retro’ makes me feel ancient! A constructible mood lighting idea that only requires one piece to be plugged in to work, the remaining six pieces can be stacked any way you choose making it a fun and functional lighting system for any room – teenage or not! Each shape is a different colour just as per the game and you become the designer and can stack them any way you want.
Why not treat your teen to one of the limited edition Now TV boxes this Christmas so they can watch their favourite shows on a number of devices around the home. Compatible with many devices such as PS4, XBox 360, Roku, PC, MAC, LG Smart TV and tablets (plus more) this is the ideal solution for your teen to watch their favourite movies and programmes and makes a great gift idea with no contracts involved. The low price gives access to numerous channels with options to pay a monthly extra fee to watch movie or sports channels.
Most teenagers have smartphones these days and we relented and bought our daughter a smartphone last year and now she knows more than we do about how to use them! This clever product helps you use your smartphone and project movies directly from your phone onto a wall, it’s so easy to use and a really fun gift to give. Assembly is very simple and all you need to have handy is a little superglue and the unit itself is compatible with most smartphones.
Another retro styled product with a modern twist, and not nearly as big and bulky as the original boombox speakers this wireless touch speaker is a great teenage gift as it is portable and give excellent sound quality. Very reasonably priced this speaker is compatible for most smart phones and MP3 players and gives up to 10 hours of play time once fully charged although it does come with a handy UBS cable for re-charging. A thoughtful gift idea for music loving teens who will use this speaker system again and again.
Portable and compact the Tablet TV enables your teen to watch Freeview with no need for any subscriptions or cables, it’s not a tablet to watch TV on but a small battery powered tuner to pair with a tablet or laptop to watch your TV. Wireless and easy to set-up and with the feature I know a teen will love is the fact you can record programs and watch them later. The small tuner is able to pick up TV channels (once you have set the device up) with no buffering and no internet required to watch.  As it’s portable you can take it anywhere with you making it ideal for travel as well as for home use, plus it will work in any location there is Freeview connectivity.
6. Scholl Diamond Smooth & Glam Pedicure Set £69.99 Available from Boots (although on sale now for £34.99 )
Always a lovely gift to receive for any teenage girl is something to pamper themselves with and this pedicure set from Scholl is ideal as it has all the tools inside to make sure your feet are party ready.  The kit includes the Scholl Diamond Smooth Express Pedi which is an electrical pedicure tool to eliminate any hard skin easily and quickly as well as two nail polishes ( Fuscia Fever and One Perfect Coral) to finish the pedicure.
