Back To School With The Wrapper

With two girls to make packed lunch for every day it’s quite unbelievable how many packed lunch wrapper and cling film I get through in a year, so when I had the opportunity to try out a new invention of reusable sandwich wrap The Wrapper I was intrigued to find out more.

The Wrapper is hand made in Scotland and has been gaining a large following due to the fact that they are environmentally a much better choice and they are easy to use. At £6.50 each I feel they offer great value for money as you will wash and reuse them as often as you need to with no more trips to the supermarket to buy sandwich bags!

Once the Wrapper has been used all you need to do is wipe down the the plastic side the sandwich has been on to clean it, and when you need to give the whole Wrapper a wash just rinse out in the sink when it needs it.

The Wrapper itself folds up neatly and has a velcro fastening making it simple for kids and adults to use alike. What a brilliant idea for a product to reduce the need to use so many plastic sandwich bags.  They have a lovely range of bright colourful Wrappers suitable for boys and girls on the website and as well as having positive environmental qualities The Wrapper also has a very handy name and class label sewed on to make it nice and easy to label it up for school. I will most certainly be buying some more not only for my girls but for us parents too as they are so useful!

It's a brilliant idea and I hope to see them everywhere soon as I know so many parents who would swap right away for these!

Lovely comments! Thanks – I'm having great fun with the Wrapper business and I now have the inmates at Kilmarnock Prison making them for me so I get them made in the UK and the inmates learn a skill – it's a win win situation!
